Because the game time proposal is on a Saturday, the NFL could get away with a 7:30 to 8:00 pm EST start time, which will allow for enormous revenue from advertisers. I think the change could happen within the next 7-8 years. If it stays on Sunday it will have to stay around 6:15 to 6:30 pm EST start time, a consideration for younger viwers.
