I’ve always felt the same way also, my little brother always went with AMD and Nvidia graphics cards while I always went with Intel and ATI graphics cards.

Nowadays I still stick with Intel and ATI but I’m keeping a close eye on SLi/Crossfire support on motherboard chipsets. I’m rather have a smoother interaction between my motherboard and duel graphics card then my preference for Intel chips.

That said, I waited forever for AMD to come out with their 2000 series cards and now the 3000 series is out, I won’t be in a position to upgrade for another year and by then I would have to wait several more months to a year for the 4000 series to come out. bah
