Romney will be a much, much more formidable opponent than McCain.

Seriously. He’s on a roll:

Romney has already won three times.
Romney is so far ahead in delagates, he’s got almost double his nearest competitor.
Romney is nice. People like him. And frankly, women find him attractive - and I’ve seen a number of (FR) women right here on these boards, saying they’ll vote for Romney, pretty much just for that reason.
He’s got strengths which play directly against democrats.

If hillary is the nominee - Romney makes strong inroads into hillary’s otherwise lock, on “soccer moms”.

If Osama-bama is the nominee - Osama-bama’s religious ambivalence is (way) more unsettling to voters, than Romney’s faith.

And Edwards just ain’t happening.

Way I see it, Romney wins the election.

January 21 2009: Mitt Romney takes office. And Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid, still won’t be able to do ... squat.

Pretty superficial if they consider that an appropriate reason to vote a man into the most powerful position in America. Outright stupidity!
