Would not recommend Sunny Delight there are so many additives in it including I believe vegetable oil stick to more pure orange juice or vitamin C.I would echo that, snugs. Additionally, my daughter, who likes Sunny D, and is also trying to lose weight, read the ingredients list, and noted that the second highest ingredient is added sugar.
