I won't be insulted if you don't join in, really. Sometimes it's a good thing to focus on something other than chirping at one another about politics. There are plenty of threads that do that already.

I for one am not outraged or annoyed, or even frothing at the mouth, because you posted a thread about championship football game. So, even though some may be irate and pounding their keys in protest, I found it an enjoyable break between threads pounding on Pat Buchanan (for advocating that we close our Southern border) and the threads cheering swat teams removing children from their parents because social services wants them to go for a doctor visit.
