The Colts still win, they get their 500 million dollar stadium funded partially by the city. Also, taxpayers get to pay balance remaining on the RCA dome even after it is torn down.
Once again, short on finances but long on ideas to short-change Hoosiers. And we wonder why people take the first tickets available to leave Indiana.
we’re having a similar debate here in San Diego. Chargers are threatening to move...etc, etc. But in the meantime, they’re ours.
