Mitt's a damn good politician. He had to be.

Since he ran for office twice in Mass. and won once, every single phrase he ever uttered has been dissected since he announced.

You have to look at what he did as governor. He did not support gay issue advocacy and he's been quite clear on marriage. he was that way as governor as well, but some of his campaign statement, mostly going back to the Senatorial election run against Kennedy have been used to trash his record.

Mitt admits, that he has grown more conservative socially over the years. It's not a issue with me, because I care little about social conservative issues like gays, God, and Terry Schiavo. Mitts strenghts are his federalist stances, law and order, and security. On most other things he is pragmatic, or conservative or both. I think he'd make a great president and can run against the libs..

Huckabee, and Mccain can't even get the support of the party to the degree needed for election, and I can't vote for them for personal reasons. I don't like them.

Rudy, and Thompson are the only ones left with enough currency to run besides Romney, and Hunter is never going to get started with the others in the race.

Thompson will drop out after SC or shortly thereafter, but will send all his support to McCain.

We don't want McCain. We cannot afford to have McCain.

I could vote for Rudy or Romney but prefer Romney. I have never met a Mormon that did not impress me, and Romney is no different then the hundreds of Mormons I have know over my lifetime. They are unbelievably honest and forthright and morally superior people.

I hope Romney is elected and have sent money to help with that.

Hope this answers your question...
