Wonderful news. I much prefer KDE to Gnome. I spend my day switching between Windows and Linux; KDE makes that painless.
I’m very much looking forward to trying it out and will be eagerly watching the repositories for my distro (PCLinuxOS).

This is one of the big advantages of PCLinuxOS— it’s tested hard, by actual Texans.
I’ll wait ‘til 4.1.
