If Cesar claimed "consensual sex," as most rapists now do, then at the least he violated the military's anti-adultery code and should have been discharged - or is that code only for officers?

I thought that I read yesterday that Laurean claimed that he didn’t have ANY kind of sexual contact with Maria. I’ll have to go check, but I thought that’s what I heard/read.

Even though the military expects Marines to be faithful to their spouses, there is no formal discipline that I have ever heard of in my 13 years of being in the military world as a result of adultery.
