Jacksonville Daily News:
District Attorney Dewey Hudson said he was not sure whether Lauterbach gave birth before her death.
Garrett said he signed Lauterbachs death certificate and listed the cause of death as homicide.
The cause of her death will not change, Garrett told The Daily News. She did not fall down and hit her head or anything of the sort she died at the hands of another.

From the WRAL link above, this:
"Christina Laurean gave authorities the note from her husband last Friday. Her parents said she was at work when Lauterbach died, and she tried to convince her husband to meet with authorities about her death."
What does that say to you guys? If the wife was home that night after working, she must have been aware of the blood. I don't think anyone could get it cleaned up satisfactorily in that amount of time without the wife asking questions. IOW, she wasn't out of town that day.
The wife's parents sure are chatty.
