Shep is raising the horro that the defense attorneys might try to compare Sheriff Ed Brown to DA Nifong’s *RUSH TO JUDGEMENT*
Attorney says sheriff is making rational comments - no foul if the evidence supports his claims - they are not prejudicial - because they show cause for the arrest warrant. (my summary).
I think Shep just swung & missed on that one. The burned bodies were found in their yard. Blood on the walls....painted over....blood in the garage...suspect missing...
