Well, there’s the “Mexican” part that I thought I’d heard. I wonder if he was born here or in Mexico? Is he an American? What is an NCIC #?
I’m not sure what the sheriff was alluding to, except that everything surrounding this case is bizarre. I’m assuming the NCIC# is a North Carolina identification number from a driver’s license, maybe? The nationality and place of birth is unknown. How do you not know “place of birth” in the Marine Corps? Don’t you need a birth certificate? Also, where did Laurean use the aliases that the FBI notes?
