Yes, it is odd that none pf his family members have made a plea for him to surrender.

I have seen little about his family, only one report that his mother allegedly trashed Maria. Reporting has been poor, like calling his mother his stepmother. Or is there a stepmother>

This crime was so awful that IMO he had committed crimes before but never got caught even though he appears to be a stupid and a dangerous sociopath.
