Can obstruction of justice charges be filed against lawyers not associated with the case who know where he is?
That's a good question. Somehow I doubt it based on lawyer/client priviledge. However, I also doubt any lawyers know where he is. I think the DA could easily file obstruction of justice on Christina Laurean since she withheld information about Maria Lauterbach and allowed her husband to flee. The DA hasn't charged her with anything at this point. I think they are still hoping she will be a point of contact that may get him caught. Wonder what the DA will do if he isn't caught soon. Will he file charges on Christina?

What if that lawyer was contacted by Cesar, but not retained?
