Fraud - Is this when he used the ATM card on Dec. 24 or something else like the letter or bus ticket? It doesn’t say it’s credit card fraud. Is fraud only related to financial issues?

Wow, I wonder how they know he forced her to withdraw money? And if he did that, what else did he force her to do? Maybe buy the bus ticket to throw everyone off his trail? Maybe write that letter?
