Can those prepaid GoPhone or Trac Phones be traced?

I believe they can. It would seem that in order to debit or credit the card/phone number, all calls have to be recorded.

I use a Trac Phone cause we seldom use them. Depends on where I am at as to what company I pick up on. At home it is Alltell, down the road it switches to ATT and in traveling to Louisiana I have gone thru Sprint. So seems they would have to subpeona records from all of the companies/towers etc....I dunno, not a criminal ;)
