I am almost willing to bet the Marines have a gag/keep mouth shut order on other Marines. That is if it is anything like the Army....my sons brigade has had some trouble with various crimes and companies of the soldiers accused were ordered to keep mouths shut. You know see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.
