I’m honestly making a list of things to watch out for in neighbors-—

1. Borrows shovels a lot in 10 days.
2. Paints house and garage during holidays.
3. Has a fire during a burn ban (OK, but....)
4. Lends me a crowbar, even though I didn’t ask for a crowbar.
