I don’t believe there is any violation of any code of ethics. Dr. Phil was not and is not Britney’s physician. What I find maddening is the hospital’s decision to release Ms. Spears. There is no way in heck a thorough evaluation could have been done in that short amount of time.

Dr Phil is a psychologist, not a physician. When he went to her aid in response to a call, she was under his care, whether a chart was opened or not. He violated the ethical code. But he is so stinikn’ rich now he probably doesn’t need it.
