Nice...Here is gOS on an old Thinkpad:

gOS Linux Running on a 9 Year Old Laptop

I have an old Toshiba...I may try it on that machine....

I did a new version of gOS Ultimate the other night, this time adding more wallpapers to /usr/share/backgrounds, upgrading GIMP to 2.4.4, and replacing xine-ui with totem-xine. I had trouble getting my DVDs to play with Xine, but they play perfectly on Totem Xine. I may upload it next weekend.
