BTW I hope this caused you to hear some Bedrich Smetana.

It did, including many recordings conducted by Kubelik and Kertesz, most famous for their direction of Dvorak.

I have the Kubelik cycle of Dvorak symphonies. I see that the Kertesz cycle is once again available. I think I may get that one too. :)
