There is no proof anyone taunted anything. That is what the cops have said. These are animals in a zoo they are a considerable distance from people. If you scream hay dumb tiger, he is not going to get angry because he does not know he’s a tiger. So what is taunting and how do you do it. I've been out to look at the white tigers in Vegas and I saw a kid making a face at a tiger about 40 feet away do you think I needed to turn him in.
