The two brothers injured in the Christmas Day tiger attack at the San Francisco Zoo have refused to let police examine photos on their cell phones that authorities believe were taken the day they were mauled and their friend was killed.

"We also understand that police officers requested permission from your clients to examine any images and other contents of the cell phone. Your clients refused to cooperate with this request; consequently, no one has yet examined this potentially critical evidence."

The police can’t get a warrant to “search” the cell phones? If the creeps are refusing to allow it, there is surely something they want hidden on those phones. Perhaps even more than Tatiana evidence.
I think they committed murder by tiger, perhaps dangling Carlos the Deceased over the tiger wall by his ankles.
And ONE OF THEM IS COMPLETELY MISSING.
One does pray they've done a total post mortem on that tiger!
What the Lion Witness has done is attempt to demonstrate that SHE WAS THERE. That means she was at risk of being eaten by a tiger. That means she can sue. That means this is in California. That means they'll have to sell some animals to an exotic butcher shop to pay the bills.
I am just looking for "new" news. The camera, the 4th boy, the branch, toxicolgy report... This investigation seems to be moving so slllllllowwwwww.
I heard that they are saying there were 4 people. Since Mark Geragos is now their lawyer I figure something stinks.
What more do you need? The police and the DA have said the 2 are NOT cooperating. “Official statement” has been made.
Were these kids in gangs?
Yeah, rocks and limbs fly through the air.
huh?
I thought of 1 missing but if there were 4 and they didn’t know he was ok, wouldn’t you think someone would ask” where’s_____?
If the prosecutor doesn't have a reason for the search ......
The mere non-cooperation by the owners of the cellphones in the absence of probable cause is not a crime.
It may be nothing more than a case of "this time the tiger killed someone".
When you go to the zoo, what do you do? Take pics? I bet lots of people took pics that day of that enclosure.
The good thing about the San Fran police chief and her investigators is that lesbians are strong animal rights activists. I’m sure they are doing everything possible to discover what part the two gangbangers had in this “accident.” My hunch is, they bear much of the responsibility for their friend’s death and Tatiana’s escape.
Interesting that there are always people around ready to blame the victim first.
In India they don't do that ~ they blame the tiger first.
Of course, they have more human/tiger interactions than we do.
If you have recovered deleted images off the micro SD please let me know what steps you went through and what you did, it would be very helpful to me.
Thx
How did the cops come to have the cellphones ~ did that pop up in any of these stories. Or, is it the case that if you get injured at the zoo the cops get to take your cellphone?
Did you see them? They were wearing gangbanger baggies and had those gangbanger haircuts...not conclusive evidence, but combined with their hostility and uncooperative attitude toward police it’s reasonable.
I hope so & i hope they come forward. IMHO its a shame the tiger had to be killed but I understand why. She was so beautiful...However if these guys were taunting the tiger then they ought to face some kind of punishment too. Never pull a tiger by its tail!
Lions and Tigers are housed in the same area. The witness, (her name is Jennifer Miller btw) said there were 4 boys. She then walked away. Quite a bit of time for them to escalate their antics. It’s also quite possible the kid got walked out of the zoo gates and went home.
She has no standing.
