In his defense, he’s never been inside the place. Well, maybe once.
In Rosie’s defense, I wouldn’t probably be eager to invite him in either... If he does decide to do something with the place, it would never stop.
Honestly, the place was intended to be a temporary place for Rosie... and it’s in pretty sad shape, I can understand if it’s starting to get to her. But then again... if communications were easier, these are things he should fix. But then again... A smart landlord wouldn’t spend any more money on it, he’d junk it and bring in another trailer. But then again... he’d probably want to charge more for rent.
It’s not as simple as it sounds.
Yeah, but trying to explain that these things are rust and stains *and* not my fault...that’s going to be not at all fun.
He really doesn’t speak much English, for one, plus he doesn’t listen.
