Evening Corin et al. well, tulips do tend to draw themselves down so they may be late coming up or just too deep. LF had a good idea of a sample to see what’s going on. On a general note, the tulips just don’t seem to be as hardy these days as they once were. ymmv
The daffodils appear multiply rapidly but decline in vigor when the clumps get too big, they probably need to be dug up and split/separated. once again ymmv

Thanks. I think a sample might be the right thing to do. They should be about ready when I get back from New Orleans.
