Well - it went well. The Resident Doc was a youngster and a geek. He reeked geek. So we talked chemistry... pH's, precipitation, solutions and such. And I was pleased with the conversation. The best part was when I whipped out the ziplock baggie containing Eli and asked, "What would you like me to do with my pet rock?"

Eli is on his way to be dissected. Pooor Eli.

I wenta thenewdentist this morning. My dentist retired and this is the guy that bought the practice. Seemed nice enough, even if he is only 16.

But I'm not so sure about the “new” office. I can get over the change in decor (a friend's artwork commissioned for the office was gone). But the hygienist was far less funny that she thought she was.

And he has this new gizmo that lets him put a camera in my mouth and project the image live on a monitor on the wall so I can see what he's talking about. That was rather disconcerting.
