Turns out the confinement area was not sufficiently secure to keep a tiger inside.

In which case it was just a matter of time until a tiger decided it wanted to be outside and took action to get there.

Ok ....... I have thought about it. I DO blame the SF Zoo for being slack in it's confinement area design, AND I blame the young idiots IF they taunted the tiger.

My solution ....... shut down the damn zoo, and deny the kids any kind of lawsuit. Problem solved. ;^)
