There's a stray shoe over near the enclosure. All three of the boys had their shoes on, but somehow a shoe ended up right where the tiger was hanging around (outside the enclosure).

Inquiring minds wish to know if this has meaning.

There’s a new witness report in today’s Chronicle of a lady who saw those 3 kids and a 4th one at the nearby Lion exhibit taunting the lions. Maybe the shoe belongs to the 4th person.
