A political ad from Presidential Candidate Mike Huckabee appears to show yet another "Subliminal Cross" similar to the Christmas ad done by Huckabee earlier this year. The ad appears to take place in the same room as the Christmas ad but has a stone fireplace in the background instead of the imfamous bookshelf. In the background, the square stones seem to form an askew cross in the upper left corner, especially close to the end of the ad. While all candidates claim to be Christian, Huckabee seems to have had a theme in his campaign of being the "better" Christian than other candidates. Many believed that the Christmas bookshelf ad was a sneaky way of protraying this theme. Here are links to both ads:
The ad itself is a complaint about what Huckabee calls "negative campaigning", but the reality is that Huckabee does not want other candidates to talk about his record as Governor of Arkansas. During the debates in November, media pundits decided that Huckabee had "performed well" despite never saying anything that anyone can remember of any importance. This was followed by about a dozen TV interviews that only talked about Huckabee's Christian views and his weight loss. While Conservative organizations like WorldNetDaily and the Club for Growth had been scrutinizing Huckabee's record since his announcement, the mainstream media, along with FoxNews only began to question Huckabee's record after they had put on a pedestal for about a month.
Did anybody in Arkansas notice this Ping?!
Dang....all I see is alien hieroglyphics...possibly from the Andromeda galaxy.....
This is just stupid. There’s also a subliminal cheshire cat if you stare at Huckabee’s tie for two minutes.
My questionsis WHY he would have anything subliminal about it? I mean he’s as upfront about his Christianity and use of the language and symbols as it is possible to be.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw that...
Sometimes a fireplace is just a fireplace.
I think Huckabee is going after the crackhead vote.
Actually...Think about it. People, media that would never listen to him are now watching for “signs”
Maybe it is just a coincidence like the bookshelf, I just think it’s kind of weird to happen twice in the same room by the same candidate.
Believing the liberal media?
There are no coincidences, only conspiracies. ( rolling eyes )
Um... honestly, I don’t see a cross in either image. Is there something I’m missing?
There are plenty of reasons why I wouldn’t vote for Huckabee (immigration being the first) but this is ridiculous, IMO.
It’s not “subliminal” if it’s easily noticeable...
Enlarge the picture, put your nose against the computer screen and s-l-o-w-l-y pull back. You’ll see something really, really cool! Really, you will! Watch you don’t spill any of your beer or salsa, if that’s what you’re eating at your computer like me, while you do it.
Yeah, not just the eyebrow/nose thing but the SHADOWS ~ my goodness look at the shadows~!!!!!
