Paul Dhaliwal was arrested for being drunk in public on March 24 after being seen drinking beer and smoking marijuana at an In-N-Out Burger on Capitol Expressway. He was sentenced to attend 10 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. On Sept. 7, Paul and Kulbir Dhaliwal were arrested on charges of public drunkenness. Paul Dhaliwal was also charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest.
Tiger Paw
Ingredients:
* 2 oz Citrus vodka
* 2 oz Lemon juice
* 1 tblsp Sugar
* Ice
* Fill with Orange soda
Mixing instructions:
Add vodka, lemon juice, ice, and sugar in a mixing glass and shake. Pour into a cup and add orange soda. Stir.
Comforting Tiger
Ingredients:
* crushed Ice
* 2 oz Brandy
* 1/2 oz Southern Comfort
* 1 tsp Sweet Vermouth
* 1 twist of Lemon peel
Mixing instructions:
In a mixing glass, half-filled with crushed ice, combine the brandy, Southern Comfort,
and vermouth. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
Juicy Tiger
Ingredients:
* 4 cl Vodka
* 2 cl Sour mix
* 6 cl Coca-Cola
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients and blend well. Add more Coca-cola if needed. Serve with a slice of lemon put a straw in and drink.

I hope the code below for tiger habitat video from 2006 can be viewed by those of you who have never been to the SF Zoo like me. Note that there are two sets of stairs that permit those tigers to access the bottom of the dry moat. Also further note that the 12.5 ft wall is separated from the patron fence by a grassy area that appears to be several feet wide. After seeing these two videos, I can now easily see how this incident probably unfolded. Someone jumps the fence as evidenced by the shoe print on the top of the fence and crosses the grassy area and goes to the edge of the wall and in some manner provokes and taunts Tatiana who is right below in the dry moat. How easy would it have really been for her to leap up and dig her claws into the earth sufficiently to give her powerful hindquarters and claws enough leverage to push her up and over? I now have what I believe to be a fairly clear picture of what is a reasonable scenario of what happened.
