WTF was a 13 year old doing on a bike at midnight?
Son once snuck out with younger brother, I think they were about 15 and 11, maybe. They dressed like ninjas and snuck over to this plant that is closed, about a mile from us. The door was unlocked, so they waltzed in and looked around. Made faces at the cameras, signed name and email on the big bulletin board. (smart asses) and snuck home. They’d grown up on military bases and were used to being safe. And playing Manhunt. (shaking head)
The police came by a day and half later. I could have kicked their butts, especially for taking the younger one on his midnight tour, but in a way I understood. They were ninjas. BUT...i threatened their lives if they ever did anything like that again. ....
