Aston Martin? BMW Z3?
Oh, and the Lotus in the Spy Who Loved me
The Goldfinger Aston Martin DB5, also shown briefly in the recent Casino Royale, is the all time most influencial movie car, IMHO. It spawned a slew of immitators, including the awful "U.N.C.L.E. Car."
Another set of cars from some TV spies, this time the Avengers, were really great. John Steed's Bentleys (he had many of them), which was Bond's original car from the books and seen briefly in From Russia with Love, and Mrs. Peel's Lotus Elans.
But my personal favorite spy car (at least from TV) is The Prisoner's Lotus Seven
