A pickup truck that was near the scene of where at least three people were found dead earlier in the day is towed away after being marked with evidence tags, Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007, in Carnation, Wash. Sgt. Jim Laing said the bodies were discovered about 8 a.m. by someone who knows the family at the home. He said the dead appeared to be two adults and a child, and he said there appeared to be more victims.
Death penalty case.
A man who identified himself as a relative of the victims slain at a Carnation-area home is grief-stricken as he is informed of the tragedy at the crime scene.
We can only hope.
I only believe in the death penalty for extreme cases such as this, and where the evidence is beyond any doubt. But this case certainly warrants it, and it would regardless of location.
I don’t normally complain about such things, but THIS got moved to chat????
What the heck is “CHIT CHAT” about a family of six being murdered?
I believe in it if there is proof without a doubt. In a case such as this ..if they prove it is these two then yes the death penalty should be used.
THAT’s where it got moved to?!?!
So what got to stay in the News/Current Events sidebar in it’s place? Oh, yes, “How will Paris Hilton survive? (Inheritance cut down)”.
But “Chat” room for 3 generations of a family being killed?!? Unbelievable...
Can you please move this back to News/Current Events sidebar?
In this case I say use the old Russian Method of taking them into a room with a drain and pulling the trigger. I sure hope that it is very painful and that they feel every ounce of it.
Curious description of ordinary party like sounds. The deputies get there, and given that this is Carnation— probably well after— 30 minutes or more, and the place is quiet and all locked up.
Not much to go on. Can’t say I can second-guess anything. There’s no particular reason to go kicking in doors just yet.
But one thing I’d bet on... it was all over.
For the health of the officers who stood at the gate and wondered... I hope so.
More & more people are moving. I would move but have too much tied up here. I guess I will be here until I am totally forced out. I agree about the Italian food. Out of NJ it just doesn’t seem to taste as good IMO.
It's only "Local News" and not an article about bad things done by Rudy.
/sar
I guess you’re right ;~\
Loud noise and yelling in the background, but just sounds like a party, ["nothing to see here" /sar] according to the dispatcher. No one answers the call back. Cops arrive but don't go in [time for a donut break maybe?]. Perhaps if they did, they would have found someone, maybe a child, that could have been saved with EMT assistance.
