When in General/Chat and there’s entertainment news on a celebrity, movie or a music band reuniting which you have no interest in, a good FReeper always clicks on the thread and posts “Who cares.”
I never understood that. If they don’t care why the hell are they commenting? I guess people who have no lives need a hobby!

I also like the posts on a story about animal cruelty where someone will say something like: “Geeze, you people, it was only a dog (or cat). A dog has no more value to me than a cockroach or ant. Why don’t you people ever complain about the 49 million abortions that take place every second”.Spot on.

My pet peeve is “noone” instead of “no one.” This new spelling is all over the web, not just FR.
Or is this new way of spelling “no one” being dictated by “the powers that be” and I merely missed the memo, as George Carlin wrote when he complained about toilet paper now being called “toilet tissue.”
