Sounds to me like they handed down too many indictments. If someone, cop or not, came towards my vehicle with gun in hand threatening to shoot me, I wouldn’t ask any questions or do any talking.
I’m surprised he got indicted. Usually the LEO community looks after their own, even if they’ve gone over the line.
