In the area around the Bay of Naples buried by the 79 AD eruption, there’s a former fish sauce (liquamen or garum) factory which was found to have jars with very dry residue of the sauce, complete with a bit of the aroma, and tiny little bones.

Love the tagline BTW.

Bonessss?
Is they crunchy?
Does we like the bones, Precioussss?

.

I hesitate to say “I stole the tagline,” so instead, I’ll say, “I borrowed it on the No-Return Plan!”
