I was in and out last night. Only saw parts of the game.

I did see the controversial fumble though. I don’t think the guy from Texas did actually touch it though.

Rudy Carpenter looked very beat up last night, a combination of shooting his mouth off at the Longhorns and a bad O-line.

I’d like to see the Texas Bowl tonight because I kinda like the Univ of Houston - even though Kevin Kolb is no longer with them. Houston likes to run the high-octane offense. But the game is on the friggin’ NFL Network - so no dice.

The Emerald Bowl has potential. If nothing else, the commercials are funny.

The thing that I think tipped the Refs to calling that a penalty was they had just warned the Texas sideline to stand back and then a few plays later, that happened. Which brings a point I heard on Collin Cowherds program this AM. Why does any team need that many coaches and/or football staff on the sidelines? Good gosh it looked like the number of non unifomed people outnumbered the uniformed.
