The biggest issue for me is how evolution explains the increase in information...and how various systems within living organisms get wired together. It is far too simplistic - talk about leaps of faith! No faith needed; the process is demonstrated mathematically in this online lecture: Making Genetic Networks Operate Robustly: Unintelligent Non-design Suffices, by Professor Garrett Odell.
