Beautiful little girl. I think it is right to try very hard to treat them all the same and if you can feel the same towards them, even better. Ah but I know human nature and I have seen this sort of thing up close. The biological tie is very strong. I woulld normally think Jolie as the mother would be the most likely to at some point show favortism. But she is a different bird and my compensate by doing just the opposite. In this weird arrangement I think Brad is the most likely to act with a biological favortism and do it without apology -- eventually.

I predict he will leave with the daughter someday and seek full custody of only her, or any other biological children they may have in the future.

I don't say this because I wish anything less that a wonderful life for the other children. I'm just saying nature is what it is and the biological connection is very strong. Overall that's a wonderful thing or else more parents would abandon their children.

Your open-mindedness is greatly appreciated.

I can understand Jolie feeling compassion for the pain her adopted children went through when they were abandoned orphans.

And I can understand her reasoning that Shiloh is “privileged” to have been born in a safe, loving environment.

We all have our ways of expressing ourselves. We’ve all made mistakes and learned.
