Michael Vick is a bad guy, but two years in prison for a PLEA BARGAINED DEAL is just too much.

He trusted the government and they screwed him. Moral of the story is what you get for trusting ANYTHING in dealing with the government.

Moral of the story is do not torture and kill animals for sport. This has nothing to do with the government but Vicks actions only.

Ya think Vick testing positive for ganja while released awaiting sentencing most likely entered into the judge’s decision?

He trusted the government and they screwed him.

The government prosecutor told Vick and Vick's attorneys that they were recommending a 12-18 month sentence. They also informed Vick and his attorneys that this was only a sentencing recommendation and that the sentence would be at the judge's discretion.

Vick made no deal with the judge and the judge promised him nothing.

If Vick had gone to trial he could have served much longer.

The big bad old government didn't screw Michael Vick.

Michael Vick screwed Michael Vick.

You should learn more about something that conservatives like to call "personal responsibility for one's actions instead of whining and blaming everyone else and the government for your mistakes."
