Hollyweird just doesn’t get it. They think we want to see what they want us to see. The truth is, we want to see what we want to see and they have put the viewers out of the theaters. Too bad for them. Great for us. We save our money.

Yep and with all the outside competition for entertainment (internet, computer games etc) you would think they would get this, but the huge ego down here of course either never gets that or just bows when the big dollar is finally threatened but good. So glad to see the slaughter this season with all the trash they are putting out there. Shows they can’t drive the content as much as they think they can. :-)

My extended family has had, for years, a tradition of going to the theater to see a movie after our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. It was a fun time to share a family oriented movie with the entire family. The last few years we’ve had a terrible time finding a decent movie to see. We saw “Narnia”, and this Thanksgiving we saw “Fred Claus”, but I don’t know what we’ll see Christmas. There just doesn’t seem to be ANYTHING worth seeing.

You are right though. We have saved a lot of money!

In away that is true, but don’t you think it is unfair not to have many different type of movies out there. What you don’t like someone else may like. I think our complaining is doing more bad than good but who knows. The movie looks boring which is why I would not go. I don’t see crappy movies like Naria either. Not a fanasy movie sorta person. I did see Shut up Chuck last night. Hillarious but not for the kids.
