Well it's nice to see that you recognize that Christ died for our sins and that the way to heaven is through him. You seemed to be espousing a different belief with your declaration that G-d wouldn't admit adulterers ever through the gates of heaven.

I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6)

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life (John 5:24).

He was right, God would not admit any sinner into heaven. However I believe that Christ paid for our sins and if we look to him then we are cleansed.
