They all need a wider shot of the plays themselves — especially pass plays.

Saw a re-run of Navy running back a touchdown — the shot was so close on the back you couldn’t see where Army’s special team got beaten, blocked or just plain out maneuvered.

The close-up of the run was cinematic, I suppose, but it left mystery as to what was really happening on the field.

Thats what bothers me.

The announcers are so busy talking about Paris Hilton or some other stupid crap that they hardly ever tell you that the ball is here or there.

Monday Night football drives me wild especially the announcers.

I want a full shot more that just during the initial start of the play.

Another thing that drives me crazy is when there is a penalty and the infraction is not shown.

Those of you with HDTV — do you notice any difference?
(Regular TV has the 4:3 aspect ratio; HDTV has 16:9)?
