KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Prosecutors have accused a man of beating and stabbing to death his 18-year-old wife -- the mother of his two children.

Two kids = two years (at least) which puts her at 15-16 tops. In Kansas.

But I suppose OUR laws don't apply to our economic heros from the south. It's just their "culture" ya know.

Yes given his age, it would be statutory rape, but the laws in the USA don’t apply to some of the Huckleberry class.
