Yep, and for good reason, it gets damn cold here!

In fact all the major car companies park test cars on some of the frozen lakes up north and leave them for winter testing (really!) International Falls, Minnesota (northern border) is the test site used most often, it gets colder then any other accessible place in the US, and is a perfect cold-weather test area, even the Air Force did cold weather testing her at the old airbase up north neat the area.
