Pats seriously need to get it together, they won tonight, but, shesh.
I hope they are gonna play better next week, now that it is done, what a game!
The D really stepped up late in this game,I gotta give them credit after starting off so slow.
But getting him the ball outside could be a game ender. Harrison and Bruschi made the key stop there.
I’d forgotten how good McGahee can be.
0-16 this year for the fins....
At least 5 silly drops, two flagrant uncalled PI, and two more that should have been called.
They were not going to blow everyone out and tonight the weather limited their offense. That said, without the 2 end zone drops they would have scored 35 points tonight.
Take a breath. They had to show that they know how to win the close ones.
Pats adjusted when it counted with run blitzes that stuffed the hole.
Somehow I don’t think the Jets and Dolphins games will come down to the last play.
Moss is also only six away from breaking Rice’s single season TD catch record.
Lots of bad tackling for stretches of the last few games. Belicheck needs to get a handle on that.
They are if nothing else clutch.
I'm betting ESPN's "The Game Was Over" will read when the Patriots took they field.
Unfortunately he went from one team with no QB to another team with no QB.
The saying has always been that it would be easier for a team to go undefeated than go winless.
I just wish they’d made those changes at halftime rather than in the 4th quarter.
I'm surprised there was as much throwing downfield as there was...with the wind and all. I expected the Pats to be a lot more conservative offensively and score rather less than normal - but I also expected them to inhibit the Ravens passing offense a whole lot better. The Ravens running fairly well was clearly going to happen.
If they get past Pittsburgh next week they’re going 16-0.
None should come down to the last play....look at the Dolphags finanl schedule...
Dec. 9 at Buffalo Bills 1:00 pm# CBS
DEC. 16 BALTIMORE RAVENS 1:00 PM# CBS
Dec. 23 at New England Patriots 1:00 pm# CBS
DEC. 30 CINCINNATI BENGALS 1:00 PM# CBS
If and that’s a big if given the last week games, they get past the Steelers, they’ve got the perfect season in the bag....who’s gonna beat them....the Dolphins?
I am iffy on the merits of that. I’d love to see then run the table and the commissioner have to give them the trophy but resting guys for the Giants game then getting a bye week would do the older players a lot of good for the playoffs.
