Pigs are flying this year. Never thought I would see Mizzou #1 in any poll in my lifetime.

Mizzou was #1 in 1960 for one week until Kansas beat them in the last game of the season. Kansas had an ineligible player so the game was forfeited. But by the time the decision was made the season was over and Mizzou ended up #5. I hope they stay on top longer this year.

MU has played 11 games.

The combined record of those teams MU played is 72-60.

Only 5 of those teams had winning records.

Two of those teams ended up with double digit wins...

MU beat one of them, and that was KU.

The other was OU...and OU gave MU their only loss.

I predict that OU will once again beat MU...to further muddy the BCS fiasco.
