One of the problems in playing in large conferences.
Missouri has no control over the records of their Big 12 opponents.
They also scheduled some cupcakes for non-conference as every other Div I big school does.
They did schedule Illinois and Ole Miss at neutral or hostile sites for non conference games.
Maybe they should schedule some non conference 10+ win teams who couldn’t compete at the top level to assuage their lack of 10+ opponents in conference play.
I've no idea what KS opponents records are...or OU's for that matter.
The whole season..though, I got the sense that KU's schedule was very weak. And didn't think they deserved their ranking.
That being said...they played a decent game against MU.
No matter what happens....this year, there will be someone who thinks they got the short end of the stick.
