Rule #1 for any playoff system has to include that you have to win your conference to be in any college football playoff. But that means, you'd better have a championship game for each conference. Don't forget, OSU didn't have to play Wisconsin last year. If the Big Ten had a Championship Game, they would have met.

I agree with Fkabuckeyesrule - conference winners play each other.

Ridiculous. Georgia is better than either team that is in the SEC championship and better than any team in the ACC. They had a young line that lost two early games, and now they are ready to do damage in a play-off that isn't happening.
Just take the top 8 ranked teams and forget conference championships. All championships will do is penalize the SEC and reward the weak conferences.
