Actually they have just reorganized things a bit. Those countries have now voluntarily joined the European Soviet region of the global worker's paradise.

And this is all part of Russia's plan because ____?

To some people, any action positive or negative, whether it strengthens or weakens Russia, could be part of their plan, I suppose. Maybe when Czech, etc, joins the EU (which keeps out Russia) that's all part of Russia's "plan". Maybe Russia's "plan" for "winning" the Cold War and emerging victoriously as the ruler of a world empire is to become, in practice, a mafia backwater. "From this position of apparent weakness, we shall rule", they say, rubbing their hands together.

But at some point reality has to creep in. If a guy you meet down at the beach claims to be Napoleon, or part of a cabal which secretly rules the world, or something, it might be fun for a while to entertain the notion that it's actually true. But at the end of the day you're still looking at a crazy person. :)

It is a win/win for all. Socialists get their paradise while the Rockefeller/Rothschilds of the world will own the global central banks and be the true rulers/owners behind the scenes.

Even to the extent that what you're saying is true, it has little to do with crafting an actual case that actual Russia is on the path towards anything resembling a resurgent USSR empire with Russia at the helm.

I mean, if any pro-socialist development counts in your book as another piece of evidence that the USSR is coming back, methinks you give Russia entirely too much credit. People certainly don't need Russia's example, let alone her schemes, in order to be attracted to socialism. I think all of what you describe would be taking place equally as quickly if Russia did not exist at all.
